Equipped with a 5.5 Nm servo motor, the Initium delivers precise force feedback for an authentic driving experience. Every bump, kerb, and steering adjustment is translated into detailed input, helping you refine control and consistency.

High-Resolution Input

The Initium uses a 14-bit data encoder, capable of recognising 16,384 steps of wheel movement. This ensures accurate and smooth feedback, giving racers 0.022-degree resolution for unparalleled responsiveness.

Low Latency Motor Control

Thanks to its advanced motor controller, the Asetek Initium Wheelbase responds instantly to inputs with minimal latency, maintaining immersion throughout every lap.

RaceHub Software Integration

With Asetek’s RaceHub software, drivers can fine-tune torque, mapping, LED behaviour, and system calibration. Settings are stored for consistent performance across all racing titles.

Peripheral Connectivity

The Initium Wheelbase includes five connection ports, acting as a central hub for Asetek pedals, button boxes, and future peripherals.

Upgrade Path

Easily increase torque output with the Initium Boost Kit, raising performance from 5.5 Nm to 8 Nm without needing a new base.
