Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

- Risk of loss or damage passes to consumer customers upon physical delivery of goods to the customer or their nominated recipient.
- For business customers, risk passes upon delivery to the nominated delivery address or collection by the buyer’s chosen courier.
- Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of shortages, transit damage, incorrect items, or delivery issues within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local charges outside the United Kingdom remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring imported goods comply with local laws and regulations within their destination country.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Consumer customers purchasing online have the right to cancel eligible orders within fourteen (14) days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- To exercise cancellation rights, customers must clearly notify Puresims by email or other written communication within the cancellation period.
- Returned goods must be returned in resaleable condition with original packaging, accessories, documentation, mounting hardware, cables, labels, and included items.
- Customers may inspect goods as reasonably expected when purchasing online, however goods must not show signs of excessive use, installation, damage, modification, or handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item.
- Where returned goods show signs of use, installation, damage, missing components, damaged packaging, or diminished value, Puresims reserves the right to apply an appropriate deduction to the refund amount.
- Unless goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds for eligible returns will include the cost of the lowest-priced standard delivery option offered at checkout. Upgraded or expedited shipping services are non-refundable unless legally required.
- Shipping charges are otherwise non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer law.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receiving returned goods or satisfactory proof of return.
- Special-order, made-to-order, customised, personalised, hazardous, or sealed products which are unsuitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless faulty or otherwise required by law.
- Products that have been modified, disassembled, altered, damaged through misuse, or had firmware/software altered may not be eligible for return, warranty, or replacement except where required under applicable law.
- Returns sent without a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number or outside the authorised returns process may be refused and returned to the sender.
- Returns, refunds, and cancellations are additionally governed by the Puresims Returns Policy published on our website.

Promotions, Discounts & Store Credit
- Promotional codes, discounts, vouchers, and store credit are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

- Promotional store credit issued as part of a qualifying purchase may be withdrawn or deducted where the qualifying item is returned or refunded.
