The Fanatec Wheel Hub is optimized for connecting third-party USB steering wheels with Fanatec Direct Drive systems. It is a combination of a ‘QR2 Wheel-Side’ quick release and a compact ‘Hub’ that contains the essential electronics required to enable force feedback on compatible Fanatec Bases. The diecast aluminum construction features 70 mm and 50.8 mm mounting patterns, offering broad compatibility with third-party steering wheels, typically connected to a PC via a coiled USB cable. The QR2 is a motorsport-derived quick release with a diecast aluminum with CNC-machined and black anodized finish. The tapered mechanical connection ensures a secure fit.
